Thank you for choosing our electric bikes! You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive the product. After 30 days, non-quality-related return requests cannot be accepted. Before initiating a return, please contact us at sales@aniioki.com to start the return process. We will review your request and provide you with a return label.

Please do not return any product without Aniioki’s authorization, as unauthorized returns may lead to lost packages or unrecognized shipments, which will affect your refund. Please ensure that the e-bike is properly packed and returned with all original accessories, manuals, and especially the remote and keys. Missing accessories may affect the final refund amount.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 1–5 business days. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Order Cancellation / Modification

Before Shipment

If your order has not yet shipped, you may contact us through the “Contact Us” page to request a cancellation or modification.
Please confirm your cancellation/modification request before contacting us.
No fees will be charged for cancellations or modifications made before the order is shipped.

After Shipment

Once your order has shipped (i.e., you have received a tracking email), this means the package has already been picked up by FedEx. Due to large shipment volumes, FedEx may update the scan status later, so the tracking page may show “Label Created” even though the package is already in transit.

We will do our best to intercept the shipment; however, interception is not guaranteed. If the package is successfully intercepted and returned to our warehouse, the following fees will be deducted from the refund:

  • 6% platform processing fee
  • $300 transportation fee

If you wish to modify your order after shipment, the package must first be intercepted and returned. After returning to the warehouse, we can re-ship your order to the updated address. A $150 one-way shipping fee will apply.

If interception fails, please refuse the package upon delivery. Once the package is returned to us, we will process your refund or reshipment.

Fees Explanation

  • One-way shipping fee: $150
  • Interception service fee: $24 per package (charged even if interception fails)
  • Return shipping after successful interception: $150
  • Platform cancellation fee: 6% of the order amount

The fees listed above are provided solely to illustrate the types of charges that may apply under different circumstances and to help customers understand the cost structure related to order cancellations, modifications, or returns. These fees are not required for all customers, nor will they all be charged at the same time.

If You Voluntarily Refuse Delivery

If you refuse delivery without package damage or shipping issues, we will deduct:

  • A fixed $300 fee, and
  • A 6% payment processing fee

We will refund the remaining amount once the package returns to our warehouse and passes inspection.

Return & Refund

Quality-Related Issues

1) If you believe your Aniioki product has a quality issue, please contact the retailer you purchased from. If purchased directly from Aniioki, please contact us through the “Contact Us” page.

2) For issues that can be resolved by replacing parts, we will prioritize sending replacement parts to restore normal function.

3) If the frame is damaged due to a quality issue, or if the problem remains unresolved after part replacement and the bike still cannot function properly, you will not be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Note:
We do not cover labor or service fees from third-party repair shops unless previously approved by Aniioki.

Non-Quality-Related Returns

1) If you wish to return the bike due to size, preference, or other non-quality reasons, you will be responsible for $300 shipping fee, and 6% platform processing fee.

2) Returned bikes must be in good condition and include all accessories, manuals, keys, and remote.

Return Policy for Used Electric Bikes

1) We do not accept unconditional returns for used e-bikes.

2) We strongly recommend contacting us before purchasing a used unit, so we can provide details about the bike’s condition and configuration.

3) After purchase, we will fully support you with:

  • Technical assistance
  • Replacement parts
  • Troubleshooting guidance

If all available solutions fail and the bike cannot be restored to normal function, we will work with you to provide a reasonable final resolution.

Cases Not Eligible for Free Exchange or Refund

The following are considered normal conditions and are not eligible for free replacement or refund:

A. Minor damage to outer packaging
B. Small scratches or minor paint imperfections
C. Normal wear and tear of parts after regular use
D. Natural deterioration of components after certain mileage/usage
E. Issues that can be resolved by simple adjustments or part replacements

Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange (Unless Quality-Related)

a. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or non-official channels
b. Products damaged due to human factors, misuse, unauthorized disassembly, or modification
c. Special/custom orders
d. Promotional items, discounted products, or gift cards
e. Free gifts or giveaway items
f. All non-bike accessories (helmets, lights, locks, phone holders, tool kits, etc.)

Return Requirements for E-Bikes

To qualify for a return:

1) All return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
2) The bike must have less than 20 miles (32 km) of total riding distance.
3) The bike must be free of dirt, dust, odors, or damage and remain in original condition.
4) Preferably return the bike in the original packaging.

If you no longer have it, use a suitable box and provide photos of the packed box, along with its dimensions (L × W × H) and weight. We will generate a return label based on this information.

Important Notes

  • Dual-motor bikes require the front wheel to be packaged separately.
  • Do not use deformed or combined boxes.
  • Do not add rope, shrink wrap, or excessive tape—FedEx may charge penalties (approx. $1,200) for dimensional inconsistencies.
  • If incorrect parcel dimensions are provided, resulting penalties will be shared 50/50 between Aniioki and the customer.

5) Modifications & Warranty
Unauthorized modifications that cause damage to parts or function are not covered under warranty and may void return eligibility.

6) Chargeback / Dispute Impact

Filing a chargeback may result in loss of your 1-year warranty coverage.

Note:
Refunds from Aniioki will only be processed after our warehouse confirms receipt of the returned item and completes inspection.
We do not issue refunds solely based on the carrier’s “Delivered” tracking status.
Once the tracking shows “Delivered,” our warehouse typically completes verification within one week. After the return is confirmed and inspected, your refund will be processed within 1–5 business days. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Fraud-Flagged Orders

High-Risk Fraud Alert

If your order is flagged as High-Risk, we reserve the right to:

Cancel the order
Refuse shipment
Issue a refund immediately

  • If you believe the order was incorrectly flagged, please contact our support team. We recommend using PayPal to reduce the chance of false fraud alerts.
Medium-Risk Alert

If your order is flagged as medium risk, our team will contact you via email for verification. If no response is received within 3 days, we will process a full refund for your security.

Price Match Policy

We strive to offer fair and transparent pricing. If you find the same item listed at a lower price on our website after purchase, you may request a price match. (Except during promotional periods)

Eligibility

1) You must have purchased directly from Aniioki.com.
2) Price match applies only to brand-new e-bikes (excludes display units, clearance items, open-box units, used/refurbished bikes).
3) Price comparison websites and marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc., are not eligible.

Price Adjustment
  • If requested within 7 days after purchase with valid proof, we will refund the price difference.
  • After 7 days, price adjustment is not available, but a free gift may be offered as compensation.
