We provide a limited warranty for ANIIOKI electric bicycles purchased through authorized channels, effective from the date of delivery.
Warranty Period

Note: The warranty applies only to quality issues that are not caused by human damage, external force, or unauthorized modifications. Wear-and-tear parts are not covered under warranty.
In addition, issues such as stripped screws, damaged threads, or similar problems occurring more than three (3) months after delivery are considered usage-related and are not covered under warranty.
Aniioki Ebike Warranty Info
Each Aniioki electric bike is covered by a manufacturer’s one-year comprehensive warranty for the original purchaser, protecting against defects in materials and workmanship.
1. If a non-human-caused quality issue is found within 7 days of delivery, Aniioki will provide replacement parts free of charge.
2. After 1 year, replacement parts and shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
3. Warranty parts can only be shipped to the following regions:
- The continental United States;
- Canada;
- Europe;
- The United Kingdom.
Warranty parts are not available for delivery to remote or special regions, including but not limited to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. overseas territories, remote areas of Canada, and remote or island regions in Europe and the UK (such as the Canary Islands, Azores, Madeira, and other overseas or island territories).
If you are unsure whether your location is eligible for delivery, please contact us in advance for confirmation.
If the bike is forwarded to another country after purchase, warranty parts will only be shipped to the original destination country.
Aniioki Limited Warranty
Aniioki warrants the following components against defects in materials or workmanship for 5 months from the original purchase date:
Including but not limited to:
Stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brake system, lights, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, rims, hubs, freewheel/cassette, derailleur, shifter, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware.
- Normal wear and tear is not covered.
- Issues such as stripped screws, worn threads, or fastener damage occurring after more than 3 months of use are considered wear or usage-related and are not covered under warranty.
- The bike frame is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Battery Warranty
Aniioki lithium-ion batteries are covered by a 1-year warranty from the original purchase date for defects in materials or workmanship.
The following are not covered under battery warranty:
- Voltage surges
- Use of an incompatible or non-original charger
- Improper use, misuse, or poor maintenance
- Normal battery degradation
- Water damage or moisture exposure
Important Notice:If the battery is left unused for more than 30 days without charging, prolonged over-discharge may cause permanent damage. This is considered human-caused damage and is not covered under warranty.
Proper Battery Storage
- Fully charge the battery before long-term storage
- Turn off the battery power switch during storage
How Aniioki Handles Bike Issues
Aniioki is committed to resolving all product issues in a professional and responsible manner.
- If a bike is confirmed to be unrepairable, a replacement or return may be arranged.
- If the customer refuses to cooperate with troubleshooting or repair, a return may be requested within 30 days of delivery, and the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs. Aniioki may provide a return shipping label. Click here to view the detailed return and refund policy.
After 30 days:
- If replacement parts do not resolve the issue, Aniioki will provide a reasonable solution.
- If the customer refuses repair assistance, returns or refunds will not be accepted.

Note: Replacement parts will not be sent without reviewing photos or videos of the issue.
Services Not Covered
- Replacement without photo or video confirmation
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized third-party repairs or related costs
- Damage during shipping when using personal or third-party freight forwarders
- Damage caused by misuse, external force, or force majeure, including but not limited to:
- Collisions, drops, overloading, overspeeding
- Rain, snow, flooding, or submersion
- Smoke, chemicals, corrosion
Warranty Terms
1. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
If you are a second-hand owner, you are required to provide the original owner’s order number and contact information when applying for warranty service, so we can verify the purchase details. If this information cannot be provided, warranty service may not be available; however, we will still offer troubleshooting assistance and technical support.
2. Warranty service is limited to replacement of defective parts only.
3. Aniioki reserves the final right of interpretation of warranty terms.
4. The following are not covered:
- Failure to follow the user manual
- Natural disasters
- Accidents, misuse, negligence, or abuse
- Commercial use
- Modifications or improper assembly
- Normal wear and tear
- Use of non-original or incompatible parts
- Operational errors
- Water damage
- Extreme riding or stunt riding
- Improper post-sale maintenance
Whole-bike replacement is provided only in extreme cases.
5. Consumable Parts (Not Covered)
Including but not limited to:
Tires, inner tubes, brake pads, cables, grips, chains, spokes, etc.
Warranty Claims
- All warranty claims must be submitted through Aniioki.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
- Before submitting a claim, we recommend contacting technical support, as some issues may have simple solutions.
- Valid warranty claims must be submitted within 1 year of purchase, excluding the frame.
Shipping Damage Claims
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Shipping damage claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt, late claims without valid reasons will not be accepted.
Required materials:
Shipping label and side SKU label from the box
Photos of damage (date-marked if possible)
Retain all packaging and documents
Credit Card Chargeback Policy
If a customer initiates a credit card chargeback while still in possession of the product, all warranty and support services will be suspended until the chargeback issue is resolved.
Mutual Respect Policy
Respect is core to Aniioki’s values.
We treat all customers with patience and professionalism, and we expect the same in return.
While we understand that after-sales issues can be frustrating, abusive or inappropriate language toward our staff will not be tolerated.
- A warning will be issued for the first occurrence
- Continued behavior may result in refusal of service, account termination, refunds, warranty cancellation, or order cancellation
All decisions made under this policy are final and non-reversible.
